All Day Long I Dream About Sex
Directed by: Todd Kellstein
Premiere: May 2004
About: JC releases the electronic explosion that is 'All Day Long I Dream About Sex' on 28th June. Taken from his debut solo album 'Schizophrenic', the video is an amazing piece of pop perfection, mixing 80's synths, handclaps and Jaggeresque attitude. Written after a late night out, JC played around with some old synths he'd just borrowed and discovered the distinct sound. Sounding like Dead Or Alive meets Duran Duran the single is firmly placed within the retro electronica sound that is invading the charts. 'All Day Long I Dream About Sex' is accompanied by the music video of the year. With it's dated effects and scenes of cheap pornography, the video capture the spirit and era of the song perfectly. Directed by 2 time MTV VMA Nominee Todd Kellstein the video is sure to be on heavy rotation on the music channels.

Some Girls (Dance with Women)
Directed by: Martin Weisz
Premiere: December 2003
Featuring: Dirt McGirt
About: Set in a trendy club and moonlit city streets, JC explains why some girls like to dance with women in order to get some attention. For the video, Chasez worked with director Martin Weisz, best known for Korn's 'Make Me Bad.' 'Everything was done in good taste,' Chasez said. 'A lot of cats were worried it would be really strong, but it's just enough to put a smile on your face. I shot it with a very European feel. I didn't want it to be overly flashy and look like every video.' The video is set in the streets of Prague, although it was actually filmed mostly in Los Angeles, with Dirt's cameo shot a few days ago in New York. 'It's a narrative in that I'm the voyeur, watching the action,' Chasez added with a laugh. 'It moves [from the street] into a ballroom, but it's not a club scene. It's like a costume party, a Baroque period kind of feel, with white wigs and white makeup.'

Blowin' Me Up (With Her Love)
Directed by: Bryan Barber
Premiere: 2002
About: This video appears to be set in some sort of strange 80s flashback. It's a post-apocalyptic world. The plot revolves around a sexually-frustrated JC pursuing his love interest through a monster truck rally, a germ-filled diner, and, for extra excitement, a parking lot. Tara Reid struts and overacts as JC tries to seduce her. Lovelorn JC sings and rubs up on her, only to be ignored. Just when we think all hope is lost, Tara has an inexplicable change of heart and straddles JC on the diner's counter. JC celebrates his newfound love with a cliched drag race. And they live happily ever after. 'Blowin' Me Up' was featured in the movie Drumline, so we get the standard distracting movie clips scattered throughout. The highlight of the video is a well-choreographed dance routine by JC and several backup dancers, taking place in a car junkyard. Dallas Austin, who produced the single, also appears in the video, driving a monster truck and smashing cars. Austin is executive producer of the movie "Drumline" and its soundtrack, which features Chasez's first solo single. JC approached Barber after seeing his video for Outkast's 'The Whole World'. 'It's totally different from what he's done with *NSync,' the director said. 'He wanted to go left of center and that's what we did. We had some fun and presented JC in a whole new way.' Aside from 'funky choreography,' sets built from auto wreckage and a post-apocalyptic wardrobe, the video features a lot of drummers. 'Other than that, there's nothing to do with [the movie]' - Barber said.

Basement Jaxx
Plug It In
Directed by: Traktor
Premiere: February 2004
About: 'Plug It In' is the third killer single lifted from the gold-selling Basement Jaxx's 'Kish Kash'. Featuring JC Chasez it's an ecstatic collision of pop punk hollering and turbo rave anthem - all the hallmarks of yet another Jaxx assault on the charts and the nation's musical subconscious. Mixes come from the Jaxx themselves and long time fan, first time collaborator Armand Van Helden. The video has been shot in L.A. with Swedish insaniacs Traktor: the twisted minds behind the 'Where's Your Head At' monkey madness.

All Stars Tribute
What's Going On
Directed by: Jake Scott/Malik Sayeed
Premiere: September 2001
About: On September 5 and 7, 2001, an ensemble of superstar artists gathered in New York City to record a new version of 'What's Going On,' Marvin Gaye's classic call for compassion, healing and love, in order to raise awareness and funds to fight against the scourge of AIDS in Africa. In the wake of the tragic terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, Artists Against AIDS Worldwide, realizing the recording's powerful healing message extended beyond the scope of the project's original aim, decided to donate additional proceeds to benefit The United Way's September 11th Fund as well as the AIDS relief effort which includes the Global AIDS Alliance, among others.
